Insurance Verification
Lena Kim Acupuncture provides an insurance verification process to help patients understand their benefits. Please note that all coverage determinations are ultimately made by the insurance carrier and finalized upon receipt of the Explanation of Benefits. We facilitate this information exchange to provide the most accurate guidance possible for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected events happen and things come up that are out of your control. We respect your time and we ask that you respect ours. Acupuncture appointments are reserved specifically for you and late cancellations make it difficult for other patients to access care.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a $45 late cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged $100.
Insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment time shortened or may be considered a missed appointment.
