Q: What should I bring for my first visit?
Please bring a valid ID and your insurance card (if you plan to use insurance). If you have previous test results or information about any medications you would like to share with our providers, bringing them will help us provide a more accurate and personalized consultation.
Q: Can I visit without an appointment?
We operate on an appointment-first basis. Same-day appointments are possible, and walk-ins are also welcome. However, we highly recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to minimize waiting time.
Q: How do I get a herbal medicine prescription?
The herbal prescription process is as follows:

The first visit, including consultation and examination, usually takes about 1 hour.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
We accept several PPO plans for pain-related treatments. Wellness programs (detox, weight-loss, fertility) are cash-based.

For Insurance, the patient’s responsibility depends on their specific insurance plan. Please submit the insurance verification form so we can confirm coverage details.
Q: Does acupuncture help with chronic pain?
Yes. Acupuncture may help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support long-term pain management.
Q: Can acupuncture support fertility or IVF?
Many patients use acupuncture to reduce stress, regulate hormones, and support reproductive balance during natural conception, IUI, or IVF cycles.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected events happen and things come up that are out of your control. We respect your time and we ask that you respect ours. Acupuncture appointments are reserved specifically for you and late cancellations make it difficult for other patients to access care.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a $45 late cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged $100.
Insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment time shortened or may be considered a missed appointment.
